While permanent jewelry is permanently set in place, our jewelry is not indestructible. You can expect your permanent jewelry to last 1-15 years, depending on the metal and care. During that time, you may need to remove your jewelry. This can easily be done by snipping your jewelry with scissors or nail clippers. We recommend doing so at the jump ring or weld point, so we can reattach it whenever you're ready to accessorize with clasp less jewelry again! 

The sizing process is super simple! We take the chain you've chosen and wrap it around the area you want it applied. Once we've collaborated on the fit of your jewelry, we'll measure the length of the chain and apply the jewelry using a jump ring. After you confirm the fit is perfect, we'll weld that jump ring and you're ready to sport that new addition! 

If you're wanting to get a guestimate at the sizing of your jewelry before you come to your appointment, we recommend using a cloth measuring tape. Please note that your jewelry will be slightly bigger than the size of your wrist, ankle, or finger.

Your skin is not involved at any point. A heatless weld method is used, so there is very little risk, and no pain is ever endured. As for any long-term concerns, all of our chains are thick enough to last, but thin enough to not cause damage if ever snagged on something. 

Our prices are calculated per inch of product. We find this is the best pricing method for everyone involved. We're able to keep our inventory numbers exact, and  you are able to see exactly what you're paying for.

If you're wanting to get a guestimate at what prices to expect, take the price listed for your favorite chains and multiply it by the number of inches your wrist, ankle, or finger are. For necklaces, it will depend on how long you'd like your necklace to be. We can usually accommodate up to 24 inches.

A $15 booking fee is collected with each appointment. This fee is used to secure your appointment day and time. While it is nonrefundable, once your appointment is fulfilled, it will be applied to your purchase. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, this fee can be honored if rescheduled 48 hours prior to your original appointment time. 

All cancelations surrender their deposit.
